You can record any Inbound calls by using NTS (Number Translation Services) numbers, such as 0800, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871 and 03XX numbers. You can also potentially lift any geographic number to the network level and re-direct over our network to enable Call Reviewer.
2. Is Call Reviewer easy to Install and start using ?
Yes. Call Reviewer is a network based solution that does not require any on-site installation. Additionally, with no local hardware, there is no need for staff training or ongoing maintenance.
Call Reviewer has a very effective, but simple to use web-based interface and any necessary training is usually catered for by online tutorials or web demos. Your solution can be up and running within 24 hours.
